Group & Panoramic proof cards within our online system offers parents the option to buy through the proof card itself by returning their proof card with payment back to school. Alternatively, they can access the image(s) and order online, using a unique security code printed on the proof card, through our dedicated Schools website where many more product options are available. Further images, up to 10, can be uploaded for viewing online per printed proof card.
This ‘Online Only Ordering’ proof card is ideal for Schools who do not wish to have the extra administration and responsibility of looking after the monies when parents return their order. Each proof card is printed with one proof image and a unique security code allowing each parent to view only their child’s class image. All orders are placed through our Schools website, automatically fulfilled in-house and sent directly to the customers chosen delivery address. Further images, up to 10, can be uploaded for viewing online per printed proof card.

The traditional proof card route for Group & Panoramic imagery offers multiple size options to match your style of image as well as best-selling packs. Our standard cards are shown with national average selling prices to simplify the setup process.
Completing the ‘Setup Now’ form under your chosen proof card will allow us to personalise that proof card to you and your business. Please note there is no setup fee on standard proof cards.
We suggest you choose a proof card which matches your camera’s aspect ratio; this saves you having to re-crop every image.

Whilst our online solution is sleek and secure, this leaves the client with no instant ‘deadline to order’ and often reduces the amount of orders versus the Simply Schools system. However, orders can be higher in value due to the ease of ordering and product choice available.

7" and 8" Ratio's Explained...
Most of today's Digital SLR cameras have either a traditional size 35mm sensor or a cropped sensor of the same aspect ratio. The ratio of these sensors is almost always 3:2. Some cameras (traditionally compact cameras) and some Panasonic and Olympus D-SLR's have an aspect ratio of 4:3.
We offer our range of products in ratio's to suit both camera formats. 7" for 3:2 ratio images and 8" for 4:3 ratio.
Below is an example of the difference.
3:2 Ratio

When choosing a proof card, please select the appropriate ratio for your photography. All of our strut mounts are sized to fit into ‘off the shelf’ picture frames available on the high street, so you have peace of mind that your customers can frame your prints if they so wish, regardless of the aspect ratio of your photography.
