Whilst our online solution is sleek and secure, this leaves the client with no instant ‘deadline to order’ and often reduces the amount of orders versus the Simply Schools system. However, orders can be higher in value due to the ease of ordering and product choice available.

7" and 8" Ratio's Explained...

Most of today's Digital SLR cameras have either a traditional size 35mm sensor or a cropped sensor of the same aspect ratio. The ratio of these sensors is almost always 3:2. Some cameras (traditionally compact cameras) and some Panasonic and Olympus D-SLR's have an aspect ratio of 4:3.

We offer our range of products in ratio's to suit both camera formats. 7" for 3:2 ratio images and 8" for 4:3 ratio.

3:2 Ratio

Available Product Sizes: 10x7", 7x5", 5x3.5", 3.5x2.5"

4:3 Ratio

Available Product Sizes: 10x8", 8x6", 5x4", 4x3"

When choosing a proof card, please select the appropriate ratio for your photography. All of our strut mounts are sized to fit into ‘off the shelf’ picture frames available on the high street, so you have peace of mind that your customers can frame your prints if they so wish, regardless of the aspect ratio of your photography.
